Article published in the review Capital on 27 september: Clarification

Further to an article published in yesterday's monthly review Capital, Orano would like to point out that it has no information about any hypothetical judicial investigation launched in the United States into its activities. A similar article published in 2017 in the same review proved to be unfounded. The group would like to make known its astonishment over the amalgams and absence of evidence to back up the information contained in the article. Orano reserves the right to take full legal action in this respect.
