Our Quality Policy
As part of its approach to prevent irregularities concerning the quality or compliance of Orano’s products and services, each of the Business Units has appointed a CFS Referent within its scope. A Group Referent is also appointed to coordinate the
network, provide support in the characterization and evaluation of suspicions or proven CFS.
The supplier must report any suspected CFS or proven CFS to Laetitia GAUGLER at the following address (shared by the CFS network): g-orn-referent-cfsi@orano.group
As members of the Gifen, Orano commits to respecting the CFS Charter and the practical guide for unannounced visits (within 2 hours):
This Charter includes among others the following commitments:
- Promote a robust and effective Safety Culture,
- Implement measures for the prevention, detection and treatment of CFS, notably by transcribing requirements to the entire subcontracting chain,
- Control processes outsourced, products and services in terms of monitoring and measurement, by integrating CFS aspects with suppliers,
- To diligently address non-conformities or CFS reported by their collaborator, by their subcontracting chain, and by their contractor.
