Orano and Dassault Systèmes sign a collaboration agreement in the field of digital innovation around PLM

At the World Nuclear Exhibition 2025 (WNE), Orano and Dassault Systèmes announced the signing of a collaboration agreement in connection with Orano's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) program.  This partnership combines Orano's industrial expertise with Dassault Systèmes' digital innovation know-how with the shared goal of improving operational performance in a demanding and highly regulated sector thanks to advanced digital solutions such as the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and virtual twins.

Under this collaboration Orano takes into account detailed business requirements specific to its industrial context in the fuel cycle to provide Dassault Systèmes with direct access to user feedback on priority software development proposals. A collaborative approach that enables Orano to structure and safeguard its technical data while preparing for the renewal of its industrial assets, and Dassault Systèmes to strengthen features of its native solutions for the nuclear industry.

Common areas of investigation include system design, traceability and compliance, and facility management, with a focus on agile and efficient digital transformation.

The partnership builds on the digital and performance transformation undertaken by the French nuclear industry, drawing on appropriate digital standards and innovative technologies in which Dassault Systèmes plays a leading role.

Guillaume Dureau, Orano's Senior Executive Vice President, Projects BU, Innovation, R&D and New Activities, Pascal Aubret, Orano's Senior Executive Vice President Performance, Stéphane Degraeve, Managing Director EUROWEST, Dassault Systèmes.
