Orano partnering with WNA 2023
From September 6 to 8, 2023, the major players in the nuclear industry have been gathering in London, UK, for the World Nuclear Association (WNA) symposium. This annual forum provides a unique opportunity for industry professionals to exchange views and reinforce the role of nuclear power as a key resource for achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
New partnership between Orano and Urenco
Coinciding with the WNA symposium, Orano and Urenco have announced the signing of a consortium agreement for the development of the new 30B-X cylinder designed to transport enriched natural uranium.

The Group is making strong progress towards its ambitious target for 2025: a 50% reduction in its C02 emissions compared with 2015.
Between 2015 and 2022, Orano has already achieved a 46% reduction in C02 emissions.
