Paul Mifsud – Chief Financial Officer
Paul Mifsud is the CFO of four Orano entities: Orano USA, Federal Services, Decommissioning Services, and Decommissioning Holdings. In this capacity, he directs all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting
and forecasting, and internal / external audits, and manages investments and acquisitions. In compliance with federal requirements, he manages incurred cost submission rates for federal operations and subsequent audit and rate settlement for incurred
costs with Administrative Contracting Officer. He joined the company in 2005 as the controller of Cogema Inc. Prior to joining Orano, Mr. Mifsud performed a number of financial leadership roles at BAE Systems. He worked for BAE Systems from 1984 until
he joined Orano in 2005. Mr. Mifsud earned a B.S in Accounting from Frostburg State University.
