Dorothy Davidson – CEO

Dr. Dorothy Davidson is the President and CEO of Orano Federal Services. She is an accomplished and innovative senior executive well known for her success in developing and implementing successful growth strategies in the U.S. nuclear energy industry. Dr. Davidson excels in working effectively with a diverse set of Government agencies, national laboratories, research universities, industry partners, and stakeholders on large, complex nuclear energy programs and projects at DOE operations and cleanup sites. She has skillfully led large organizations that develop and/or apply state-of-the-art nuclear science and technologies while adapting quickly to evolving industry, economic, and policy requirements and challenges. She establishes a positive, transparent working environment, sets clear goals, develops talented science and technology teams, and directs and continuously improves both company-wide and project-by-project performance.

Joe Faldowski – Chief Operations Officer

Joe Faldowski is a proven nuclear industry executive who has exceled in progressively demanding leadership roles within DOE- and NRC-regulated nuclear industries. Over the course of his 26-year career, he has formed and directed high-performance teams to solve complex problems, turn around troubled projects, improve facility productivity, increase efficiency, and consistently meet contract and corporate commitments. As COO, he has overall responsibility for the company’s financial, operational, safety, and quality performance. He applies an owner/operator mentality to meet OFS objectives, as well as his experience in leading multi-discipline teams to retrieve waste and close facilities at the Savannah River Site, Hanford, and the Oak Ridge, Los Alamos, and Idaho national laboratories. Previously as Operations Manager at NuVision Engineering, Mr. Faldowski managed a portfolio of technology transfer projects under DOE EM30 aimed at solving recalcitrant waste retrieval and cleanup problems within the DOE complex. He has an M.S. and B.S. in Nuclear Engineering, both from Penn State University. Since joining Orano in 2008, he has held positions of increasing responsibility including two and a half years working in France with the leadership teams at Orano’s flagship reprocessing and recycling facilities, managing large projects for DOE and utility customers within Orano’s Federal Services and TN Americas businesses, and leading Orano’s fabrication facility as President/COO of Columbiana Hi Tech (now TN Fabrication).
DISIBIO

Ralph DiSibio – Chief Strategy Officer

Ralph DiSibio has spent his entire career in the nuclear and construction industries, where he is known for his strategic insight, leadership skills, and innovation, as demonstrated in several senior executive and advisory positions. Dr. DiSibio currently serves as a Board Member for Jitsuin. Before that he was a member of the DOE Secretary’s Nuclear Energy Advisory Committee, CEO and Chairman of Kurion, Inc., and a board member of Quanta Services and Conti Construction. Prior to this, Dr. DiSibio was President of the Energy and Environment business unit for Westinghouse International Group (now operated by Amentum), where he managed all activities for some of the most complex facilities including Savannah River, Hanford, and WIPP among others. He previously served as President of Parsons Power and was Executive Vice President of the Westinghouse Hanford Company. Dr. DiSibio received a B.A. from Northern Colorado University, an M.A. in Educational Administration from Rowan University, and an Ed.D. from Western Colorado University. Dr. DiSibio attended the executive management program at Harvard and studied International Relations and Economics in Bologna, Italy at the Johns Hopkins International Institute. He is a patent holder in 'SurePak' a low-level waste container adapted by Westinghouse.

Leah Crider – Chief Commercial Officer

Leah Crider is an accomplished and innovative young executive in the nuclear energy industry. She brings 15 years of engineering, project management, and business development success to her new role as Chief of the OFS Commercial Office, where she works with President and CEO Dorothy Davidson to plan and direct the company’s efforts to expand its footprint within U.S. commercial and government nuclear sectors, including DOE Nuclear Security Enterprise programs. Prior to OFS, Ms. Crider served as Product Management Operations Leader for GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy. She earned a B.S.E. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and an M.S. from Georgia Tech; she also completed the prestigious World Nuclear University Summer Institute program at the University of Oxford. Ms. Crider recently graduated from U.S. Women-in-Nuclear Nuclear Executives of Tomorrow 2021.
MURRAY_Paul

Paul Murray – Chief Technology Officer

Paul Murray is well known within the DOE and commercial nuclear industries for his ability to lead teams charged with developing and implementing solutions to pressing nuclear technology challenges. Before his 14 years of executive experience at OFS, Mr. Murray worked at multiple nuclear fuel cycle facilities in Europe, which involved reactor systems design/ refurbishment, R&D related to Gen IV reactors/fuel, research, testing, and commissioning of spent nuclear fuel recycling facilities. In a partnership between the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Agency (UKAEA) and DOE, he was relocated to the U.S. to provide his expertise in transferring applicable UK technologies to this country. He has a BEng (Hons) from the University of Liverpool.

Gilles Rousseau – Chief P3 Initiative Leader

Gilles Rousseau brings to his new OFS leadership role a 25-year record of success in managing complex commercial and government projects within the nuclear, defense, and aerospace industries. Mr. Rousseau has served the past 12 years in Orano executive positions ranging from Director of a Business Unit at Technic Atome in France, Executive VP for international projects, COO of MOX Services, LLC at the Savannah River Site in South Carolina, and most recently as Sr. VP of Operations at OFS corporate headquarters. To date, he has held P&L responsibility for approximately 50 nuclear and non-nuclear projects, including several EPC and waste retrieval and management projects at Orano’s La Hague facility in France, and for multiple US and international customers. He earned a master’s degree in electrical and mechanical engineering from ESME Sudria Engineering School in Paris and has completed marketing executive education programs from both the HEC Paris Business School and Harvard.
MIFSUD_Paul

Paul Mifsud – Chief Financial Officer

Paul Mifsud is the CFO of four Orano entities: Orano USA, Federal Services, Decommissioning Services, and Decommissioning Holdings. In this capacity, he directs all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and internal / external audits, and manages investments and acquisitions. In compliance with federal requirements, he manages incurred cost submission rates for federal operations and subsequent audit and rate settlement for incurred costs with Administrative Contracting Officer. He joined the company in 2005 as the controller of Cogema Inc. Prior to joining Orano, Mr. Mifsud performed a number of financial leadership roles at BAE Systems. He worked for BAE Systems from 1984 until he joined Orano in 2005. Mr. Mifsud earned a B.S in Accounting from Frostburg State University.
