At Orano USA we are looking for a Security Program Manager that is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the site’s physical protection, cyber security, and safeguards programs to ensure compliance with NRC regulations and to protect special nuclear material against theft, sabotage, or diversion. Core Responsibilities: Program Development & Oversight Establish and maintain the facility’s Physical Protection Plan in compliance with NRC regulations (10 CFR Part 73). Develop site-specific security procedures, training programs, and contingency plans. Ensure integration of physical, cyber, and personnel security measures. Regulatory Compliance Maintain compliance with NRC requirements for fuel cycle facilities, including safeguards and material control provisions. Prepare for and support NRC inspections and audits under the Fuel Cycle Facility Oversight Program. Implement corrective actions for any identified deficiencies. Security Operations Direct daily security operations, including access control, intrusion detection, and response force coordination. Oversee contractor security personnel and ensure they meet training and qualification standards. Coordinate with local law enforcement and federal agencies for incident response. Cybersecurity Implement NRC-mandated cybersecurity protections for digital assets at fuel cycle facilities. Monitor for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with evolving NRC cyber rules. Safeguards & Incident Response Ensure protection of special nuclear material (SNM) against theft or diversion. Develop and test emergency preparedness and incident response plans. Act as the primary liaison with NRC’s Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR). Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of security incidents, drills, and exercises. Submit required reports to NRC, DOE, and other agencies. Document compliance with NRC inspection manual requirements (IMC 2600).

Orano Med Theranostics Orano Med is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Clinical Scientist We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Clinical Scientist with expertise in radiopharmaceutical development to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will design, execute, and analyze preclinical studies to support the development of novel radiopharmaceutical compounds. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking therapies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance our pipeline toward clinical trials Key Responsibilities Design and conduct in vivo and in vitro preclinical studies to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of radiopharmaceutical compounds. Develop and optimize experimental protocols for radiopharmaceutical research, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GLP). Within the Engineering team, the Mechanical Engineer will integrate operational engineering multi-disciplines teams delivering projects at various phases, from FEED to commissioning, or in assistance to Plant Operation in the UK. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Orano Limited, you will be involved in a variety of specialist tasks. This could include: Delivering and managing technical studies/projects. Design of mechanical processes, from strategic and conceptual phases to detailed design and construction & commissioning phase support. Typical deliverables that will be issued: technical note, substantiation notes, mechanical flow diagrams and flow-sheets, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and mechanical layout drawings, hazards and malfunctions management, technical specification documentation review from supply chain. Technical studies related to mechanical handling for both handling operations and heavy mechanical transfer systems, powder mechanical processes (transport, milling, and compaction) in high active environment and gloveboxes, compaction and mechanical dismantling technologies.
