We are seeking qualified candidates for a Project Controller role with primary responsibility for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules. What you’ll accomplish:
· Schedule Control (Primary Duties):
o Develop, maintain, and update integrated baseline schedules in coordination with the Project Manager and discipline leads
o Identify critical and near-critical paths and manage task interdependencies across engineering, procurement, and construction
o Monitor progress, investigate schedule variances, and communicate risks, impacts, and recovery plans
o Revise schedules to reflect scope changes, field conditions, and change orders
o Validate contractor schedules and ensure alignment with project controls standards and reporting requirements
o Calculate earned value (SPI) and monitor project performance
· Cost Control (Secondary Duties):
o Examine and report cost variances between budget, AFE, and actuals
o Prepare monthly cost reports, reconciliations, forecasts and month-end accruals
o Track and report KPIs and support OCI dashboard reporting
o Monitor alignment between schedule progress and budget performance
o Support Project Managers with AFE estimates budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc financial analysis.

Join Orano’s IKE Project in Oak Ridge, Tennessee—one of the largest private investments in state history. This advanced uranium enrichment facility will strengthen the U.S. nuclear fuel supply chain by producing low enriched uranium (LEU) for domestic reactors. The project is creating hundreds of high‑quality jobs and positioning Oak Ridge as a center for nuclear innovation. Working on the IKE Project means contributing to a mission grounded in technical excellence, sustainability, and national impact.
To support project execution, Orano is seeking multiple experienced Area Project Managers to work alongside the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Project Manager. As the project moves through detailed design, procurement, and construction, Area PMs will manage defined scopes of work within the EPC contract. Orano plans to hire at least two Area PMs initially, expanding to as many as five as the project progresses.
Each Area Project Manager will oversee a specific scope—such as process systems or facility buildings—from detailed design through procurement and construction. Reporting to the EPC Project Manager, Area PMs will track physical progress, manage contractual obligations, and coordinate with a matrixed organization to deliver their scope safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is essential to maintaining accountability and performance across diverse technical areas.
This position is based in Oak Ridge, TN, with regular travel to Lenexa, KS, and Bethesda, MD.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee a defined scope area within the EPC contract, coordinating with matrixed resources across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Apply Orano project and contract management principles to meet scope goals on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety, licensing, permitting, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders including the EPC Project Manager, Orano leadership, IKE staff, regulators, and the EPC Contractor.
• Support consistent design and construction management processes across multiple sites in a Progressive Design‑Build environment.
• Develop solutions to technical and contractual challenges to maintain EPC progress.
• Escalate issues and recommend solutions when impacts extend beyond assigned scope.
• Track schedule, cost, scope, and performance metrics; monitor safety, quality, and risk indicators; and provide clear reporting.
• Collaborate across internal divisions and provide leadership to maintain scope‑area budget performance.
• Lead integrated risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks within Orano’s corporate framework.
• Assess scope needs, identify required resources, and coordinate with resource managers to meet performance targets.

The Plant Manager will plan and direct plant policies, objectives, and initiatives, with profit and loss responsibility for the site; define and execute business plans; manage the operations to ensure production compliance, efficiency, quality, delivery, safety and cost-effective management of resources.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads the plant to achieve a safe, compliant, and productive operation that is rooted in the traits of healthy nuclear safety culture.
Creates and implements staffing plans, promotes and mentors talents, and participates in internship program.
Leads lean manufacturing initiatives and capital expenditure plan to improve productivity.
Responsible for all production and facility-related expenses, and implements plan to control and reduce spending.
Manages and evaluates the performance of management team members for compliance with established policies and objectives.
Provides input for the strategic vision of the nuclear fabrication group, in particular staffing and investment plans to address new markets.
Leads introduction of new products in the fabrication project management department and production line.
Continuously assesses plant capacity and capability; plans, develops, and implements strategies for meeting production and financial goals.
Develops and reviews operating dashboards, activity reports, and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives.
