We recruit many students per year at our various Orano sites world-wide. In France for example, there are over 500 student positions available every year... These opportunities are available to students whether it be through learning programs, summer work programs, apprenticeships and internships. Each country where Orano is located has its specific programs geared to students. These learning positions provide enriching experiences with cutting-edge technology and innovation that can opens doors to employment in our Group.

What are VIEs?
VIEs is an international work assignment program that enables citizens of countries in the European Economic Area, aged 18 to 28, to work abroad under a structured program for a period ranging fromover 6 to 24 months. These enriching assignments lead to real career opportunities.
To become an international assignment candidate, make sure you meet the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years old, and have not yet turned 29; you must be 28 when you leave for your assignment. The VIE contract always starts on the 1st of each month.
- You are a citizen of a country in the European Economic Area.
- If you are of French nationality or have dual French citizenship, you are compliant with the obligations of French military service (defense identity number).
- You have no criminal record.
- You are able to be 100% available for the assignment; no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activities are possible at the same time as your VIE.
- You agree to the commitment letter that you sign with Business France that establishes your rights and responsibilities as part of the assignment.
For the length of your assignment and on a monthly basis, you will be paid a fixed stipend. The stipend rate is determined by Business France, the company who manages the VIEs and is set per assignment country and location within the country.
With Orano, it is possible to work in countries such as Belgium, Kazakhstan, Canada, Japan, and the United States, in positions such as project management, IS/IT, HR, geology, maintenance and/or construction.
