Dare to Innovate. Join experts driving innovation in processing, tailings, and environmental performance. We need bold thinkers to guide the way.

For engineers seeking impactful, globally connected work in the clean energy sector, Orano Canada is an exciting choice.

What you’ll accomplish:
·         Provide leadership and coordination for the McClean Lake mill expansion project, ensuring alignment from scope definition to study completion and consistency with long-term mining strategies

·         Direct and collaborate  with external engineering consultants and internal subject matter experts
·         Encourage open, collaborative discussions between Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, SHEQ, Regulatory, and corporate teams
·         Identify and lead trade-off studies, value engineering, and sensitivity analyses to strengthen the project's investment justification
·         Integrate inputs from Mining, Metallurgy and Process Engineering teams to support key decisions (e.g., capacity upgrades, process flowsheets, reliability, and eco-design)
·         Plan, coordinate, and monitor study budgets, schedules, and deliverables
·         Ensure alignment with Orano’s project governance, risk management, and Operational Excellence frameworks
·         Prepare and deliver high-quality technical reports, presentations, and study updates tailored to support and engage internal stakeholders and joint venture partners, and diverse audiences
