Orano Med is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager for our Plano, TX office
The Office Manager will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of Plano site. This individual will manage key office functions, lead a small team, ensure facility readiness, and support leadership with high-level administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is resourceful, autonomous, and thrives in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Set priorities, track performance, and ensure operational alignment across teams
Office Operations:
- Maintain a well-functioning, safe, and efficient office environment
- Oversee office supplies, vendor contracts, and facility services
- Coordinate logistics for office expansion and relocations as needed
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Manage and triage sensitive emails with discretion
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports to leadership
- Draft and coordinate internal communications and announcements
Systems & Technology:
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline processes and maintain data accuracy
- Leverage NetSuite/Oracle systems for procurement, vendor management, reporting, and workflow tracking
Culture & Communication:
- Serve as a key point of contact for all employees, promoting a positive and professional workplace culture
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal engagement initiatives
Ad Hoc Duties:
- Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support company goals and executive priorities

Ideal qualifications
Education & Experience
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of office management or operations experience within a growing/scaling company.
- Proven experience supervising direct reports
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills / Customer Oriented
- Multi-Tasking Abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills
- Prior experience in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills
- Record-keeping skills
- Ability to work on a deadline
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Prior office management experience.
