We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Recruiter with exceptional sourcing capabilities to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic talent acquisition professional with proven expertise in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across administrative, professional, and technical staff positions
• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with recruitment firms, educational institutions, and professional networks
• Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to identify the most qualified talent
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise candidate requirements and organizational needs
• Extend job offers and coordinate candidate onboarding and relocation processes
• Manage and optimize the company's personnel advertising and recruitment marketing efforts
• Stay current with employment laws, staffing trends, and recruitment best practices

Ideal qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

Sourcing Expertise
• Advanced LinkedIn recruiting skills, including:
o Advanced search techniques
o Boolean search string creation
o Candidate pipeline development
o InMail and networking strategies
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Expert-level talent identification and screening capabilities
Technical Competencies
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with HR information systems
• Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Professional Capabilities
• Comprehensive understanding of staffing fundamentals
• In-depth knowledge of interviewing and candidate selection techniques
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7-10 years of professional recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment
• Certification in recruiting or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
