In addition, David LECAVELIER and Cyrille VINCENT hold an employment contract with Orano Chimie-Enrichissement for David LECAVELIER and Orano Recyclage for Cyrille VINCENT and they receive compensation in this respect that is not related to their office and which, consequently, is not communicated. (3) Compensation allocated to Romain VALENTY, Anne-Marie DESCÔTES, Cécile SELLIER, Julie SERRIER and Anne-Isabelle ETIENVRE, as representatives of the French State and/or members of the Board of directors appointed on the proposal of the French State and having the status of public employee of the French State, is paid by Orano to the general French State budget in application of the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of French Order No. 2014-948 of August 20, 2014. 85% of the compensation allocated to Marie-Solange TISSIER and Aurore NEUSCHWANDER is paid to them, the remainder being paid into the general French State budget pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 of French Order No. 2014-948 of August 20, 2014.
