Orano - Annual Activity Report 2025 1 Annual Activity Report 2025 This 2025 Annual Activity Report of Orano includes: ● the management report of the Company’s Board of directors including the management report of Orano, containing: ● the group vigilance plan and the report on its implementation (Article L. 225-102-1 of the French Commercial Code), ● the sustainability statement required by the transposition of the Sustainability Directive (CSRD) into French law by legal order n° 2023-1142 of December 6, 2023 (Articles R. 232-8-4 and R. 233-16-3 of the French Commercial Code), ● the report on corporate governance of the Board of directors (Article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code); and ● the principles and criteria for determining, distributing, and allocating the fixed, variable, and exceptional components of the total compensation and benefits of any kind, attributable to the Company’s corporate officers.
