Operational excellence at the heart of la Hague transformations

At the Orano la Hague site, Operational Excellence is at the heart of the management process based on respect for standards, accountability, teamwork and presence in the field.
The strategy is based on a simplified organization and short decision-making chains.

Operational excellence is an approach aimed at securing the best performance for customers, the company and its employees.

Operational Excellence relies on:
• Identifying tasks that do not bring added value.
• Methodically implementing improvement workstreams.

Since its implementation, operational excellence has reduced running costs by 20%.
