The Commercial Manager will provide a key role in supporting the business winning team with new opportunities working through the gated governance process for offers and including responsibility for the commercial (contract) governance and assurance working with Orano’s legal team, preparation of NDA’s, pre-tender Agreements with supply chain partners, review of contractual terms and conditions, negotiation of T&Cs and finalisation of contract(s). Responsibilities
· Commercial lead role working with the Bid Team for all tending activities including support to commercial strategy; review of terms and conditions in liaison with legal; input to preparation and agreement of rates; preparation of all documents association with tender governance process including NDA’s, pre contract Agreements, governance slides associated with the contract, export licencing arrangements, cash profile etc.
· Responsible for ensuring fulfilment of contract requirements for assigned key project(s), advising on commercial aspects, contract obligations and rights, requesting amendments to contract terms, extensions, ensuring variations/change management to protect and maximise Orano commercial position.
· Lead on commercial/contractual aspect communications between Orano ltd and the Client, bid partners, suppliers and stakeholders for key tenders and assigned key projects.
· Support the Project Manager on assigned project delivery and act as the lead and escalation point within the project for any commercial issues.
· Raise contract/commercial issues on assigned projects with Commercial Director and legal as necessary to resolve.
· Provide commercial advice to the Project Manager and team.
· Attend project team meetings and client contract meetings as required to assigned key projects, provide commercial/contract management representation and support. Providing notes for the record on commercial/contract matters and progress.
· Provide advice and support around export control associated with dual use technology using capability from Orano outside the UK (desirable).
· Interface with suppliers as required to support Supply Chain and Procurement activity for major projects delivery.
· Work closely and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and develop counterpart relationships within Client organisations.

Job Description:
Under moderate supervision, this position will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating a 300-ton Press Brake in our Kernersville, NC facility. The qualified candidate will have the experience, background and knowledge to work with this equipment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate 300-Ton Hydraulic CNC Press Brake machine to bend and form steel using the numeric sequences.
Interpret engineering drawings and translate requirements into press brake CNC controller.
Knowledge of press brake tooling required to produce parts meeting specifications.
Perform both visual and dimensional inspections to quality standards.
Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials.
Follow all travelers/routers and machining procedures, and complete and maintain paperwork as required.
Perform other machine operation or manufacturing processes when needed.
Play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules.
Metal rolling machine operator experience a strong plus.

The Instrumentation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and ensuring the accurate operation of critical laboratory instrumentation. This position presents the opportunity to help establish a new facility that will meet high standards for quantity, speed, and reliability.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of HPLC systems, lab balances, particle counters, viable air samplers, BMS, and various sensors.
Ensure all instrumentation operates within specified parameters and maintains accurate records of maintenance and calibration activities.
Conduct temperature mapping for storage areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure all instrumentation activities comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with instrumentation, working with vendors and service providers as necessary.
Remote work may be possible when the facility is under construction.
